PC Tel HSP56 MicroModem Ver 016 Driver. Unzip this puppy to A \Modem\Drivers, do a driver update in controls, system, modem, driver. Specify "Have Disk". Point to A \Modem\Drivers if necessary and let Windows do the rest. You might get a message saying that this driver isn't as "new" as the one installed but it sure seems to work better. It won't take care of connection problems at low speed but it does take care of that "Pick a country" box. I downloaded pctellhsp56 prior to this one and could not get it to work. Found these puppies on a disk provided with my system (3 mos old). No guarantees but the not-so-faint-heart may want to try it. Software says it's Ver 7.64-PCC-04. It'll do till I can buy another modem. Good Luck!
