Hayes Hayes Hayes Accura Ext Fax Modem 5670 Driver. I had diagnostic errors on ATI1, ATI2 and ATI3. I ran this upgrade/fix which restored the correct settings and I hardly have any drop-outs anymore on my PC or the one's I support.
