Intel Ambient Technologies/Intel/Ham MD5628D-L-A Driver. This one is a real pain to find. Intel bought Ambient Technologies but do not distribute the MD5628D-L-A Driver. They only do the 'B' and 'C' versions. The modem will have Ambient chipset. When loaded will appear as Intel Ham V92 in Win 2K. Happy Modemming!
