3Com 3CXM756 / 3CCM756 Driver. It took me FOREVER to find this, and I know that many others are looking high and low as well. I was working on an old laptop, and it had win95 on it. However, this file claims to work for Windows 95, 98, and NT 4.0 although I can only confirm it works for 95. This is NOT a flash upgrade, but rather the Installation Disk(s) for the modem. However, this site has the flash upgrade as well.
