US Robotics Sportster model 0481 on the back panel Driver. You just put an ISA small card U.S. Robotics winmodem and windows 95/98 asks you to put drivers for a Us Robotics x2 WinModem Fax but card was made for another OEM Which USR or 3com won't support. Solution Look for modem's white label with 21X770126628 or different number, but continues with 38269700 R 2. People from 3com says that was made for OEM ZDS modem. GO figure. This file is not available on www.usr.com It works with NEC and other brands. Along with this driver, I also enclosed the winmodem V90 support Upgrade and fixed bugs from previous 1999 upload to this website.
