This is the actual installation disk all zipped into 1 file. Unzip onto a floppy and you should be able to install as if you had the original installation disk. This modem was the 1st 56K model by USR making the driver hard to find.
Extract the install files onto an empty, formatted diskette and follow the installation instructions that were included with your modem. This file should NOT be used with any other product.
