Rockwell FM-56PC-CTR21 V2.200/0674 Driver. I had a hell of a time getting hold of this driver... Actually using it on a conexant modem with dual conexant chipset RP56D/SP. The zip file includes flash upgrades but be careful... make sure it is safe to use them or you'll permanently destroy your modem BIOS (rendering it unusable)... The driver is primarily designed for a K56flex and V.90 modems however Ive tried it on this model modem and am using it to just now uplaoding it (so I assume it works.... ) hope it does for you too.
