Rockwell Modem Driver

Rockwell Driver. Please note that this driver is for both modem model numbers R6682-24 and R6682-26. This driver may work on Windows 95 and will work on Windows 98 and ME. It definitely will not work on Windows 2000 and Windows XP (Both Editions). This driver is created by Zoltrix as a substute driver for the models listed above.

Both modems and the driver will only work on most brand computers since all computers are not the same. If it is not working on your computer, then it is not compatible.

Here are the instructions - Unzip the files and it will automatically place it in "C \Windows\Temp" folder. Next, go to the "Control Panel" and click on the "Modem" icon. Place a check mark in the box where it says "Don't Detect Modem" and click "Next". Under the listing, click on "Have Disk" then direct it to "C \Windows\Temp and click on "ok". It will automatically install it. Next reboot your computer and you're ready to connect on-line.
