Atech ATS-369 Driver. Good driver for Win2000 and XP.
File Contents: This a win2k driver for a hard to find Atech modem. Atech do not make modems they make the transformers on the modem but are mistaken for the manufacturers.
The motorola chip had 62412-51 on it, it had a sticker with HPi56M on the back and an Atech transformer with ATS-369 printed on.
