Conexant CONEXANT SOFTK56 DATA FAX RTAD PCI MODEM Driver. This is a general 56k driver that is 100% tested working on this model of modem on Windows XP I know it works because i am using it now to upload the file. When you install ignore the warning about the driver being unsigned.
