Cirrus Logic FM-3131-519 Driver. This driver should also work for win98se. This driver is for an Internal ISA V90 modem and has been zipped. Unzip them to your favorite folder, use the add and remove hardware wizard to install and show 98 where you uzipped the files too, then click ok after higlightin the file. I also included the wave device driver with this.
