Conexant MW560CI Driver. Could not get my 2000 system to see any of these other drivers posted. Went to Conexant's website and downloaded their generic HSF modem driver. Pointed New Hardware Found Wizard to location of extracted files and it worked fine. This modem came out of an E-Machine.
