If I've not mistaken, this company uses a few chipsets. The one I own has an AGERE chipset.
Look at the name printed on a black rectangular thing on your modem for the name of the
chipset.
I've forgotten the installation procedure as I've not used the modem for a long time. I
think you just have to unzip the files into an empty folder. Remove modem entry from the
Device Manager. Restart Windows, select the location of the folder containing the driver
when the New Hardware Found Wizzard windows appears. And the driver should be installed.
For Windows NT, I think you just have to double-click on the setup.exe file.
