Conexant Conexant ADSL Runner (internal PCI) Driver. I bought an unbranded internal ADSL modem which came without drivers. I ran SiSoft Sandra which said the OEM number was VEN_14F1 which is a Conexant chipset.
File Contents: Anyway I finally found this zip file which has generic Conexant drivers for Conexant ADSL Runner models and it is supposed to work on Win98, WinME, XP and 2000 (but not NT). I am running a ME upgrade on top of Win98SE and it's worked like a charm, I hope it helps!
