Agere systems microcom inporte home Driver. after a format c \ command found out that the guy who had sold me the pc had not include the correct modem drivers. neither here could locate them. thaks to the guys made up the copernic agent (brillient combined web searches) was directed to the manufacturers of microcom inporte modem (www.microcom.sk). anyhow here's the solution to yr problems. keep sharing guys. the net is still free.
