Conexant Driver. It's been so long i've keep searching for my modems driver for winxp, till i found this one
File Contents: This driver works 100% with GENERIC SOFT56K DATA/FAX MODEM.
install it manually, dont let winxp search for the best driver,...just click "update driver", install from a list, dont search, i will choose driver to install, have disk, then browse the drivers folder location, just ignore the update driver warning.
