Askey Computer 1456VQH-R4 Driver. Conexant SmartHSF 11242-11 chipset. Hard to find who manfactured modem. Easy to install. Copy driver to a file on hard drive, unzip,then go to settings, modems, have disk,indicate where file is on hard drive. Windows does the rest
