Aztech Labs MDP3880-W-(B) Driver. This modem is in a Dell Dimension L566cx. It has a conexant chipset with RH56D-PCI and R6795-12. On the modem it reads AZTECH SYSTENS LTD. This is a MDP3880-W-(U) driver but works well with MDP3880-W-(B).
