Intel IM220 Driver. For reasons known only to INTEL, and it's manufacturer who produced this modem, they no longer have this set of drivers available; and it's the only thing that can get this modem to work; and make this modem functional within Windows XP Professional 64-bit...nothing else works!!! I chose to upload this to help others end the nightmare of not having the modem driver!
