Philips Consumer Electronics Philips EasyConnect 56k modems Driver. This modem is actually mfg by Shark Multimedia (www.sharkmm.com) and this self extracting archive will create 2 files need to me used in order to flash the modem and get it to work. It works great as others have stated.
