US Robotics o778 Driver. This zip contains 3 files- a picture of the card, and two driver files needed to install and update the modem. 56K modems are almost obsolete now, but, if you find this card and are in a rural area, it can be most useful. I get hundreds of older computers and try to restore them to working condition, ( kidbots.com) so that I regularly find modem cards. Good luck. Robin
