Ambient MD5628D Driver. The driver you have listed as an intel manufacturer is actually an Ambient chip and even though you have it, it can only be found if you look under intel as the manufacturer.
File Contents: The driver you provide for the Ambient MD5628D chip will not work for Windows XP Home or Pro.
