Lucent Technologies RS232 Lucent chip Driver. This driver worked on my old (very old, hehe) laptop with W98, perhaps the zip has also support for newer OS? Unzip and try. Good luck! (The model of my modem is D56LV*** and box says "RS 232 Lucent Chipset".)
