PC Tel HSP56 Micromodem Driver. May work on NT or 2K also, not sure... works on Win9x and ME. This is from my all in one motherboard with integrated modem. Hope this helps. Just unzip this folder, than point to it as the source for the driver in the Add Hardware Wizard.
