US Robotics U.S. Robotics 56K FAX Win INT Driver. This was the driver for an ISA 56k modem. The modem was detected by windows as US Robotic Sportier Winmodem, I do not have this modem any more so I do not know the Model or FCC ID. But it worked when I did have it.
