Windows sees the modem as a plug and play device. This file is a self extracting file. After downloading the file, which will fit onto floppy, create a new folder under the root directory of you C drive. Place the file in this folder. Double click on the file and instruct it to extract in the same directory. From the device manager under system in the Control Panel, point Windows to the location of the driver files. Windows should do the rest. Reboot and test the modem.
