As far as I think this driver works with any RWS56 PCI modem with a little hack.
This is as follows The .inf file contains a row close to the top, that has a device_id and a vendor_id. Replace these numbers with the appropriate ones found in your /proc/pci file.
If you have a kernel version other than but above 2.2.14-5, you should poke some "-f" switch into the ins_all script, after each "insmod". If the above one is the case, this could HANG YOUR MACHINE.
Later on you can use /dev/modem.
