Cardinal Cardinal 56k External D_F PNP Driver. These .INF were collected on a PC that had a Cardinal 56K internal modem. I could not find them on the Net since Cardinal is defunct. If you are looking for a Cardinal 56K internal or external, this might be it. I don't for sure if they'll work but I think so.
