ltwin You cannot get this from the Compaq site.
To install firstly goto control panel then System, device manager see if you have unkown devices there if so one will be this modem.
now unzip this into the temp folder.
if you have a unknown device double click it then update driver then locate c \windows\temp and enjoy your modem no thanks to Compaq no help what so ever
