Archtek 5634BTS Driver. I am not sure if this is ArchTek or not but the fcc id is correct and it registered as a V.90 PCI Windows Modem LHV it is PCI and has a LT chipset. I copied the file into its own directory. it was a self extracting file. When windows detected the PCI Communications Device I pointed it to the new directory and it did the rest.
