Rockwell HCF-56K Data Fax Driver. CIS Technology Inc (Taiwan) has multiple drivers on their web site www.CIS.com.tw.
File Contents: The same modem in Windows95/98 shows it as a Rockwell HCF 56K Data Fax modem. I am currently uploading this driver with the same modem using WinNT4.0 but the modem properties shows it as an RSS1003-HCF PCI Modem.
