LightSpeed Lightspeed Lightfax 3360 Driver. Install this through the "add modem" or "add new hardware" icons in Control Panel. For a 3360 external, voice,non-voice, select V.34 serial,faxclass2.0,voiceview,voice plug&play.
For a 3360 PCMCIA voice, non-voice, select V3.4 PCMCIA, voice, Plug&play.
This is because you will be given about 20 choices of modem types. If you don't use this driver, and simply use the windows ones, it will work ok too, but you can't upload stuff, ftp or attach files to emails etc.
