Agere systems Soft Modem Driver. This is a zip package that came from www.lectron.net/download/Updt%20Drivers.htm on Oct 29, 2004. It contains the newest MS CERTIFIED driver for W2K/XP, the application software, moh software, Users/Installaton guides, and a saved copy of the related web page! I thought it would be helpful to have the "all in 1" package!
File Contents: Hopefully this works for those that are frustrated as I. Mine worked fine UNTIL I installed SP2! Then randomly uninstalled.
