GVC F-1156I(+)/R12 Driver. This is a generic 56k V.92 driver for Conexant HSPi chipset modems. I've tested it 100% compatable with Windows 98SE. Since it's not specifically written for the F-1156I(+)/R12, you'll have to choose the driver manually and continue installing it when prompted.
