Boca Research 33.600 AFC/ FD34FSVD Modem Driver

Boca Research 33.600 AFC/ FD34FSVD Driver. When the system identified my modem as "Boca 33,600 FVD Modem" Yet the model on the modem stated FD34FSVD.

I searched about every Driver.com bulletin board attempting to find something which would work with this modem. Several who had uploaded drivers for this model but none would work for my modem. In searching a pile of disks at a friends I came across One original disk marked with a Boca Label. It was identified at "Modem Driver and Utilities Version 5.0 Disk 1 of 1 SWID 123-D08. So I tried it and it worked. From viewing some of the files contained in what I zipped it appears to be usefull for several others as well. Hopefully they will be of some help to others.
