Conexant HSP56 MR Driver. The original file I downloaded from this site to install on a W2K Pro machine, was missing the "ptserla.sy_" file as well as the "pthsp.DA_" file. that is required from "Disk 1".I have included these files in this version. You should have no problems installing this driver on a W2K Pro machine.
