PC Tel FM9628 Driver. This file works with Zoltrix FM 9628 or PCTel chipset 388P 56K Modems Once the card is inserted, it is detected by Windows as "HSP K56 Flex PNP Modem" this driver has been tested only with ISA Modem Cards (I don't know if it may work with a PCI Card). Hope it works.
