Jaton ModulatorV.90-XL Jaton 62221B/V5 Driver. This driver was recieved on floppy with the OEM modem Modulator V.90-XL which has a Conexant (Rockwell) SMARTSCM/56 Chipset. This has been tested on Win 9x (including ME). May work with NT/2k as well. Not available on Jaton's site.
