Askey Computer V1456VQH-R6 NP1 Driver. This internal modem is not labeled by manufacturer, the modem has single chip set Conexant RS56-PCI R6793-12 A lot of other downloadable drivers seems to work fine for this modem, but only this one I found works in my case.
