PC Tel HSP56 MicroModem Driver. Version 8.00 of the Windows NT (presumably 4.0, don't know about 3.51) driver for the PCTel HSP56 MicroModem. The WinME 8.00 driver was the only one that worked for me, so I grabbed the NT version as well, since PCTel makes it so hard to get the drivers. Good luck!
