Compaq Compaq Prolinea 1235 Driver. Compaq Presario 1235 with 56K-DF Used to connect to my ISP at about 44-46K, then changed phone company to Cox digital Cable (but kept my old ISP), connection speed dropped to 26-34K and disconnects became frequent. This modem driver is the only one found that would restore previous speed..still seeing some disconnects. Other drivers that I tried that did not help include sp10951.exe, modem532.exe, modem539.exe, and modem549.exe.
