Cirrus Logic Cirrus Data Fax Voice MDK1414UN Driver. This driver will apparently work with many Cirrus chipsets (my modem has a CL-MD4214-22SC chipset, which Cirrus doesn't even list!) But note also that this MS site shows how to use the readily available Unimodem V driver collection to support some Cirrus modems
