Motorola sm56 Driver. note that there r 2 modems called SM56 - with microphone jack and without. this driver is for the one WITH mic jack. look at your modem near the phone-line jack to check if u got a mic jack as well. u can find the other driver (for SM56 without mic jack) at motorola's site. this driver good for any WIN2000, as far as i know.
