Newcom 56kifx-sp(3) Driver. This is a self-extracting zip file. When you run the self-extracting file you will have two inf files (mdmnci3v.inf and mdmnciwv.inf). to install, go to control panel* modems* add* don't detect my modem* next* have disk* browse to where the inf files are and install
