US Robotics 0412 Driver. I found this driver on the Usr website, after searching here and not finding a correct driver. Win98 picks this modem up as a Sportser 33.6 PC Fax plug and play. It works for Win98, however i'm not sure about Win95 or others. Hope this helps!
