Taicom MP56PVS-SOFT Driver. This driver was sent to me via e-mail by the technician responsible for the modem drivers. I was having a problem with the drivers shipped with my modem that would cause windows 2k to reboot upon a hardware probe (like winfax pro 10 hw probe). This driver fixed the problem.
