Askey Computer V1456VQH-R3 Driver. Windows was not detecting this card until I moved it to another PCI slot. Rockwell chipset, RLVDL56DPF/SP, V1456VQH-R3 PCI, Conexant driver also installs but may not work with this Askey brand modem, determined by FCC#. Unzip to floppy disk using Winzip. Check www.askey.com for other drivers such as V1456VQH-R4 ISA.
