Motorola 32xx All models Driver. I get it from early win98 files.
File Contents: I tried it with win98SE,win ME, Win XP(not good performance but worked)
I think it can be used with win2000 too. Because its a nearly standart modem there are small differences with its using. & these files shows the computer how to use it.
