Compaq Driver. After many hours searching for this driver, But was eventually put onto it buy a member of the compaq web site , worked brilliantly.
File Contents: From this list, download and install the SoftPaq SP7604 to install the Modem driver.
Go through the installation instructions before installing the SoftPaq.
