Actually made by Aceex for Jetway to re-sell.

The Modems main chip is a Conexant RS56/SP-PCI R6793-11

Jetway put a sticker on the PCB that reads 1332 1456HS-R UK W/SP(UK)

FCC ID IFAXDM56V14H

The driver contained in the .Zip is the directory from the Original Driver CD that comes with this modem.

Having search DriverGuide.com for an hour or two for the driver I decided it would be quicker to get the orignal CD from the person that owned the Modem. With this site contains many drivers for this card I could not find one that worked under WinME. So here's that driver. Good Luck !!
